• Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund if a replacement is not available.

Important Notes:

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging when reporting an issue.

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage not related to transit.
